農保保費低，從農15年還可以領老農津貼，但因制度問題，一些真農民反而保不到。 本報資料照片 分享 facebook 拜讀四日「農保稽查揪出萬名假農民」報導後，心中疑惑如鯁在喉，不吐不快！夫家祖父輩自三○年代從新竹南寮徒步遷徙至頭份田寮鄉下，胼手胝足終於購得二分農地從事耕種，祖父過世，公公接手並參加農保。曾幾何時，經過聯合都市計畫下，農地變更成工業地又變更成住宅區，如今公公早仙逝，老公已接手多年鋤禾日當午，汗滴禾下土的日子，想保農保（無公保勞保），卻被認定非農田地目，無法投保。令人諷刺的是這一萬名假農民，竟要花掉國庫十五億元，身分包括代書、會計師、醫生、職業公會理事長等，農委會屢被監察院糾正，但不見有任何註銷動作。先生在自有土地實際從農，日出而作、日落而息，靠天吃飯卻無農民之名，相信有類似情況的真農民，也一定心有戚戚焉，如此所謂的公平正義又何在？真讓小百姓的我們徒呼負負！
